3. For PCB Assembly. we owned 3 sets SMT line and 1 set Dip line . we can SMT for 0201 size components and 0.3 mm BGA . 100% AOI checking after SMT. For BGA we can X-ray checking after SMT. For dip style component , we owned wave soldering on mass production and for sample order we can also offer selective soldering.
